HOW DOES TAGBAND REMOVE SKIN TAGS?

Tagband utilizes the method of ligation by applying silicone bands around the base of a skin tag, restricting the blood supply which is vital to its growth and survival. Without the need for freezing or burning, this method is considered less invasive than others.

DO I HAVE A SKIN TAG?

TagBand is designed to be used only on Skin Tags. It is important not to be confused skin tags with moles or warts.

Skin tags, also known as acrochordons, are common benign skin growths often caused by friction. Visually they resemble a small piece of skin often characterized by hanging off the body with a fleshy stalk.

Moles are a small brown colored spot on the skin that can be flat or raised. They are caused by genetics and sun damage, and often appear on sun exposed areas of the skin.

Warts are small grain growths that are rough to the touch. They are caused by a virus and most commonly appear on hands or feet.
